This cozy home is officially , , and ! 🏡✨
At 87 years young, she learned about online documents, digital signatures, and mobile notaries for the very first time—that’s determination. 💛
In the beginning, I was hand-delivering paperwork to keep things moving. But after a few tries (and a lot of persistence), she figured out DocuSign and everything that comes with today’s virtual real estate process. Watching her learn, adapt, and push through it all was truly something special.
Thank goodness we had her boys as a backup plan—because in the end, they came in clutch when we discovered her license had expired!
