A first home. A brand-new beginning. And a closing day that I’ll always remember. 🥹🔑

I first met Tomas and Katie after they were referred to me by some wonderful forever clients of mine. As first-time homebuyers, they knew this was a big decision and wanted to make sure they had the right guidance and support as they began the process.

So we sat down over coffee and matcha, talked about what they were looking for, got to know each other, and started their home-buying journey together.

We navigated the search, talked through all the questions that come with buying your first home, celebrated the exciting moments, and eventually found the one - beautiful brand-new home in Hutto that they can now officially call their own. 🏡❤️

Watching their excitement grow throughout the process was so special and exactly why I love what I do.

It’s amazing how something so simple can make such a big difference.

One of the things I love about being part of Pure Realty is our genuine efforts to serving our community beyond real estate.

Our brokerage came together to support Central Texas seniors through a Summer Fan Drive. I was grateful to donate a fan alongside so many of my fellow agents in helping provide relief during the hottest months of the year.

As Texans, we know how intense our summers can be. For many older adults without reliable air conditioning, a simple box fan can provide comfort and help them stay safer during extreme heat.

I’m proud to be part of a brokerage that believes caring for our neighbors is just as important as helping them find a place to call home.

Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness create the biggest impact.

One of my favorite little routines before every open house is setting up my "office" for the day.
My open house essentials:�✔️ My fold-up desk (I like greeting guests right at the front door instead of hiding in the back of the house. 😊)�✔️ Laptop�✔️ Coffee (non-negotiable ☕️😂)�✔️ Snacks (also non-negotiable!)�✔️ Music, because a home should feel warm and welcoming - not silent! �✔️ A few goodies for visitors to take home.�✔️ And most importantly... a good attitude and genuine excitement to meet whoever walks through the door.
Some open houses are busy. Some are quiet. But every one is an opportunity to welcome someone in, answer questions, and help them imagine what life could look like in a new home.
