This month, we’re sharing a delicious oven-baked mac and cheese recipe submitted by Shaina from The Hamptons at Coral Ridge!

Want to give it a try? Follow the directions below!

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and cook
pasta until al dente; drain.

2. Melt butter in a large pot and season
with garlic powder, onion powder,
black pepper, Tony Chachere's
Creole Seasoning, and paprika.

3. Stir in the evaporated milk and
heavy cream, then add the Boursin,
Velveeta, extra sharp white cheddar,
and extra sharp cheddar. Stir until
smooth and melted.

4. Mix in the cooked pasta and transfer
to a greased baking dish.

5. Top with the remaining sharp
cheddar. Bake for 5 minutes, then
broil for 2-4 minutes, until the
cheese is golden and bubbly.

6. Let cool for a few minutes before
serving.
