I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have the trades people in your corner because you will NEED them when you are least expecting it and plumbing and heat are never anything you want to go without. 💁🏻‍♀️ Get yourself a plumbing and HVAC company who will take care of you right away, and I mean SAME DAY - impressive. 🙌🏻❤️ When my tenants love who shows up to help them, you keep those people at the top of your list.
