We’re excited to announce two new additions to the Mahomet business community!

🌟Wingstop is coming to Churchill Commons! Construction is currently underway on this 1,700 sqft. project and will be located right next to Papa Johns.

🌟The Candy Kernel, which will be serving up candy, sweet treats, and Del's Popcorn, is joining us at Eastwood Center.

These two businesses are great additions to Mahomet and we can't wait for them to open their doors!

As our Champaign-Urbana market teams work hard to turn 1,300+ units this month, we've been providing breakfast and lunch at various points to keep everyone fueled and ready to go, and to say thank you for the long hours, teamwork, and dedication that go into getting our communities ready for our residents.

Happy 11th Birthday, Fairlawn!

To celebrate our anniversary, we crowned the winners of our company-wide cake decorating contest. Congratulations to our Project Management & Construction Services team, whose incredible creation took home Most Creative and Best Overall Design!

As we reflect on the past 11 years, we are grateful to our employees, residents, partners, and everyone who has been part of our journey so far. Here's to many more amazing years ahead! 🎉

This week, our executive team gathered in Chicago for their quarterly meeting and met up with our Chicago-based Fairlawners for a summer outing at Tiny Tapp on the Riverwalk. Good food, great conversations, and a chance to spend time together outside of the office made for a perfect afternoon!

Turn season is quickly approaching, and our Champaign-Urbana market team is hard at work preparing to turn 1,300 units for August move-ins. From ordering supplies and packing sparkle bags to coordinating move-in logistics, every detail is coming together for one of the busiest times of the year. It's a fast-paced few weeks, but watching Fairlawners from across departments jump in, support one another, and work toward a shared goal is a great reminder of how incredible our team is!

Thanks to the hard work of our Human Resources department, we've introduced Fairlawn U to our team members! Fairlawn U is our new learning and development experience, designed to help Fairlawners thrive at every stage of their careers by providing the structure, tools, and opportunities they need to succeed.

We're already seeing Fairlawn U bring team members together through meaningful learning experiences, such as the Hot Topic Chat held during our recent Leadership and Management Workshop. The discussion sparked thoughtful conversations and peer-to-peer learning, highlighting exactly what Fairlawn U is all about. We're proud to continue investing in our people and the future we're building together!

Last month, more than 100 Fairlawners came together for our Goosechase Wellness Challenge, a four-week initiative designed to encourage healthy habits and team connection.

Throughout the challenge, team members earned points by completing activities like preparing healthy meals, attending outdoor events, taking daily walks, and more. Together, Fairlawners logged more than 2,500 entries over the four weeks. Those who actively participated and earned at least 20 points were rewarded with a Wellness Day, which is an extra day of PTO.

We're incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and dedication our team showed throughout the challenge and look forward to seeing these healthy habits continue through the remainder of the year!
