We will be posting a ton of FAQ just for you! This week we are talking about rent! It is due the 1st of every month.

Late Fees:
A %5 late fee is charged on the 2nd if there is any balance on the account.
Physical payments must be received by 5pm on the 2nd and electronic by 11:59 pm, to avoid the late fee.

FAQ: How to Submit a Maintenance Request?

Emergency service requests include water leaks, drain backups, no heat, frozen pipes, clogged toilets (if it is the only toilet in the apartment), and lockouts. If you are experiencing; no electricity please first contact Ameren, no water please first contact American Water, no A/C please wait until regular office hours to contact maintenance.
