I have a client who is looking to downsize from her current home and reduce her monthly housing expenses as she plans for retirement.
She is specifically looking for something in or near the Westgate/Glendale area, ideally:
• A private casita/guest house
• A home with a Next Gen-style private suite
• An attached or detached living space with its own entrance and some degree of privacy
• Approximately 1 bedroom / 1 bath or a similar configuration
• A comfortable, well-maintained space that allows her to simplify without giving up the convenience of living near Westgate
