The first half of 2026 shows Reston’s 20191 townhome market cooling noticeably from last year’s brisker pace, with average sold prices easing to $676,158 for the period. Listings sold ticked up slightly to 105 from 100, but average days on market rose to 17 from 10, and both old-vs-original and sold-vs-list price ratios declined as well.
