This one hit quite a bit different! I am so lucky to get to work with people I have prior relationships with, folks I form a relationship with, or are even close friends. But helping your niece and her husband buy their first home and start their new life together is on a whole other level! I was blessed to be their officiant at their wedding, now I have walked them through another major milestone in their lives; I told her mom I just hope they don't expect me to deliver their first child! 😅

I am so proud of these two and I look forward to getting to watch their family grow here and even be a small part of the memories made! ❤️

Did you know there are over 159 children in Charleston that do not have a bed to sleep on? Fortunately organizations like Sleep in Heavenly Peace exist to help these families!

Today a number of my amazing colleagues and sponsors teamed up and built 10 bed frames that will be delivered and assembled to much needed and welcoming homes!

If you are looking for opportunity to serve a great cause, this one truly has my support and now my heart ❤️

Hey Charleston friends,

My man, Blake Sammons and I will be heading up to the Western North Carolina region on Thursday to drop off much needed supplies and help with manpower wherever we can.

I am collecting donations of Non-perishable food, Water bottles, Gas / Gas cans, Batteries, Diapers, Baby formula, Baby food, Dog/Cat food, Over the counter medicine, First aid kits, Paper Towels, Toilet paper, Solar phone chargers, Wipes, and Toiletries.

If anyone has insight or ability it really seems like gas is on top of the priority list for this trip. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you’re able to help with this one particular need.

Please bring donations to 2005 Lanneau Lane, Johns Island, SC 29455 by Wednesday 10/2 @ 9:00pm.

I am so happy for my clients in getting their home closed. They are off to new adventures up in Michigan. It's a blessing for them to be back close to family and I am honored to have been able to have played a small part in making that happen. A strategic marketing plan, some fairly minor cosmetic touches, and great teamwork, we were able to snag them an all cash offer that was flexible to their time frame!

This was a special one...
Probably the most enjoyable and rewarding part of my career is knowing that I am TRULY helping people manage one of and if not the largest purchases of their lives. I knew this was the case when I made the call to tell my client that her offer was accepted to purchase her first ever home and the phone went silent, then cue the tears!

She had made it a personal goal to purchase a home before her 30th birthday and guess what, she did it! Along the process I felt so privileged that I got to know more about her and gain a new friend in the process. I am so proud to see her hard work she'd put in and make her dream come to fruition sitting at the closing table! I think there were multiple parties tearing up 🥹

This no doubt couldn't have happened without a rockstar lending partner like Jeremy Chapman w/ The Chapman Mortgage Team. He always keeps myself and client in the loop, phone call updates, text check ins, and always a cheerful smile!
