You ever show up for the final walk-through and realize the refrigerator has vanished into thin air? 😑 Apparently, “all appliances convey” is open to interpretation for some people.
Thankfully, our buyers had a great team in their corner. Huge thanks to the closing team at for helping navigate the negotiations and secure a last-minute credit that covered the cost of a brand-new fridge.
Closing day came with a plot twist, but our buyers still got the keys, the townhome, and a new refrigerator on the way. That’s a win in our book. 🏡
