Fun Fact: Did you know that Summerville holds The World Record for brewing up the largest Sweet Tea in a single container? 2,524 gallons to be exact: 210 pounds of loose leaf tea and 1,700 pounds of sugar! Y’all, this one was worth the wait!

Deciding on new construction was easy for our family friend - beyond savings incentives, a dedicated office space and a large yard, was being close to family.

The Juniper floorplan in Cypress Preserves in Moncks Corner had it all! And after 5 months, we are all ready to celebrate!

Special thanks to Liz Steiner for being so great to Viola (and my team over the years)!

Fun Fact: Liz was the agent on my very 1st closing, 11 years ago!

It’s pretty SWEET to live in Summerville...

And when you’re the birthplace of sweet tea, you’re kind of a big deal.

So much so that a whole week of festivities lead up to a grand finale of celebrations in Historic Downtown, better know as the Sweet Tea Festival.

But what may be an even sweeter lead up? The 3rd Annual PWAC Block party! Carnival-themed fun for everyone to celebrate another awesome part of our town - the arts!

We’ll be there: Jim as the carnival barker and Sandra at one of the game or popcorn booths. Stop by and say, “hello.”
