ALC Spotlight Series ✨
Next up is a leader who walks into every room ready to hug the people she knows and introduce herself to the ones she doesn’t.
Meet Shannondoah Deaver, now serving her second year on the ALC and representing the Profitability Committee at KW Greater Charleston.
Shannondoah began her Keller Williams journey in 2013 in North Carolina before returning to the Lowcountry in 2018. Since then, she’s built a referral-based business rooted in relationships, trust, and genuine care for her clients. In 2025, she ranked #10 in individual sales across KW Greater Charleston.
For Shannondoah, real estate is deeply personal. After losing her father at a young age, the meaning of having a safe and stable place to call home became something she carried with her — and it’s what drives the way she serves today.
She believes communication, advocacy, and guidance are everything in this business. Whether she’s walking clients through difficult moments or negotiating fiercely on their behalf, she’s committed to creating the best possible experience from start to finish.
Shannondoah joined the Profitability Committee because she believes growth comes from leaning into the things that challenge you. Financial awareness wasn’t always her strongest area, but she embraced the accountability, did the work, and grew through it — a perfect example of the leadership she brings to the ALC.
She loves Keller Williams for its values of God, Family, then Business. Married to her husband Chuck for nearly 34 years, she’s a proud mom, beach lover, flower gardener, mahjong player, and active member of Pinopolis Community Church.
For Shannondoah, this business has always been about people — and that’s exactly how she leads.
