🏡 Inventory remains low, continuing to keep pressure on the market
⏱️ Days on market in Charleston County ticked slightly down, meaning homes are continuing to move quickly

What does this mean?

✨ Sellers: Low inventory + quicker movement = strong positioning when priced and marketed correctly
✨ Buyers: The right homes are still moving fast, so having a plan and being ready matters

Even with shifts happening in the market, Charleston continues to show resilience—and opportunity still exists on both sides with the right strategy.

Happy Wednesday! What a whirl wind of a week this has been. While working to build my business I have been assisting other agents along the way. This gives me the tools to continue to learn even when my business isn't as busy as other seasoned agents, and an opportunity to make a little lunch money from time to time.

Well, I have to say I successfully ratified my largest contract to date yesterday for one of those agents. I'm so excited for their clients and still feel like I'm on cloud nine right now.

Not a lot of major changes in the Charleston market this week—and that consistency is telling us something 👀

🏡 We are still firmly in a seller’s market, and when homes are priced correctly and marketed well, many are still receiving offers within the first 7 days on market.

What does this mean?

✨ Sellers: Buyers are still active and motivated, especially for homes that are move-in ready and priced strategically
✨ Buyers: The good homes are not sitting—being prepared and ready to move quickly is still important

The market may feel more balanced than the frenzy we saw a few years ago, but demand in the Lowcountry is still strong. Strategy matters more than ever.
