Another successful industrial transaction for members of our industrial team: Scott Hensley, Christian Samartino, and Lester Osborn!
The recent sale of 1000 Chain Drive included a ±242,256 SF industrial investment property situated on ±36.93 acres. While long term leases provided stability, below market rental rates created unique challenges in positioning and underwriting the investment. Our team worked through those complexities and sourced the buyer directly, a New York-based investor. An 11th-hour sublease added another layer to the transaction, making the successful closing even more rewarding.
This transaction marks a significant achievement for our team and one we’re proud to celebrate. We’re grateful to everyone involved in bringing the deal to a successful close and look forward to seeing what’s ahead for the property.
