When we built Call It Closed, we weren’t interested in doing things a certain way just because that’s how real estate had always done them.

We believed agents deserved more. More opportunity. More support. More ownership in what they were building. More room to think bigger about what their career could become.

So instead of waiting for the industry to change, we started building the change we wanted to see.
That belief still drives CIC today.

We’re not here to simply exist in the real estate industry. We’re here to help move it forward.

I need to pause for a minute and talk to my kingdom women entrepreneurs❗
Please stop shrinking the vision God gave you because the people around you don’t understand it yet. You can love Jesus deeply and build an incredibly successful business. You can be a woman of prayer and know your numbers. You can walk in humility and still negotiate the deal. You can serve people well and still charge what your expertise is worth. You can be generous and build wealth.
And you do not have to apologize for wanting to build something significant.
But here’s my challenge to you: stop expecting prayer to replace preparation. Pray, then learn. Pray, then make the call. Pray, then build the strategy. Pray, then walk into the room prepared for the opportunity you’ve been asking God for.
God can open doors no person could open for you, but when those doors open, be ready to walk through them with excellence.
There are women coming behind you who need to see what it looks like when a woman refuses to choose between her faith and building something extraordinary.
Keep building. We need what you carry.

Who do you represent ? Where does your hard earned income go? Who has your back in this industry ?

We didn’t start Call It Closed because real estate needed another brokerage. We started it because we believed there was a better way to build one.
A place where agents could grow, succeed, and build businesses they’re proud of. Where leadership actually serves the people it leads, and where doing business differently isn’t just talked about. It’s the standard.
We saw what was missing, so we built what we wished existed.
And we’re still building.

Pray this with me today over your business.
Lord, be the foundation, not the afterthought. Give me boldness for every door and wisdom for every decision. Silence every fear trying to speak louder than my faith. I release control. I release the timeline. I trust You with the increase. In Jesus' name, amen.
