My morning started with coffee and a great conversation with a knowledgeable loan officer and a Business Development Officer. We discussed financing programs and resources that could help make homeownership more attainable for my clients.

From there, I met with another set of clients for their pre dry-wall walkthrough with the builder. These meeting are so important because it gives the buyers an opportunity to see their home before the walls are closed up. This also ensures everything is progressing just as expected.

Real Estate is so much more than the pictures that we post celebrating closings. It’s about building relationships, educating clients, staying informed but most of all, being present every step of the way.

I’m grateful for productive mornings like this.

Now, my focus for the remainder of the day is getting this offer that I submitted yesterday accepted!
