Here are a few things that buyer clients might hear me say:

-Keep an open mind. Sometimes, the criteria that you started searching (like a specific neighborhood) can change as you see homes and learn more about what your likes/dislikes are.
-Be patient. I promise we will find you the perfect home. It might not be the first one -- some of my buyers see dozens of homes before they find "it" but I promise we will get you there!
-Expect the unexpected. Buying a home (or selling one, for that matter) rarely goes exactly as planned, but I will always do what it takes to get my clients to closing day!

Here are some great ways to reduce the dust in your home:

1. Change the bedding since dust particles collect on the surface.
2. Sweep and mop the floors regularly, wash the dustpan, and brush frequently.
3. A dehumidifier helps keep the humidity low and reduces dust mites.
4. Change your air filters regularly, this also helps your systems work more efficiently.
5. Use a microfiber cloth, which also works best for picking up pet hair.
