* Realtors have both the education and experience that you cannot gain on your own.
* We are also available to negotiate on your behalf with buyers and sellers, as well as network with other agents in order to help you sell your home, or purchase the home of your dreams.
* We are an excellent source for determining what your home is worth. We provide comparative market analysis that aids the seller in determining the price to sell his/her home.
* We are very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in our surrounding communities, and we keep up with current market conditions so that we are able to best advise our clients.
* For sellers, we filter the numerous phone calls and negotiate the sale with other Agents.
* For buyers, we keep them inform of price changes, new listings, and any significant information with regards to their decision making.
* We prepare and manage all the volumes of paperwork associated with putting together a real estate transaction. A contract is generally eleven pages long, not including all of the disclosures required by any given state and those at the national level.
