There are a few places that basically count as a local rite of passage in New Baltimore 😂

📍 Walter and Mary Burke Park

If you haven't caught a sunset on that boardwalk with the lake glowing pink and orange behind you, have you even lived here?

📍 C&C's Dairy Bar

Pink rolled ice cream after a day by the water is basically a requirement, not a suggestion.

📍 Bama-Rama Fishfly Festival

The Scrambler, the food booths, the whole street packed shoulder to shoulder. Every local has a Bama-Rama memory (and probably a fishfly story to go with it).

📍 Anchor Bay at golden hour

Watching the sun drop straight into the water until it's just a gold line on the horizon never gets old, no matter how many times you've seen it.

📍 A random Tuesday boardwalk walk

Some nights you don't plan it, you just end up down by the water because that's what living here does to you.

There are just certain things here that are hard to beat in New Baltimore, especially when it comes to having beautiful views of the water year round.

Unpopular opinion: summer isn't the only season New Baltimore shows up for.

Everyone talks about the waterfront in July, but there's something about this town once the leaves turn. Quiet streets covered in yellow and orange, a hot drink in hand, that slower pace that makes you actually notice where you live.

Small doesn't mean boring. It means you get to know it, season by season.

If you've only seen New Baltimore in the summer, you're missing half the story.

Saturday Reset 🍂

Friend to friend… this is what a perfect fall Saturday in New Baltimore looks like to me.

Workout at Anytime Fitness to start the day right, coffee from Reds Bayside Grind in hand, then off to show some homes in Downtown New Baltimore (yes, even reset days involve a little house hunting 👀). Happy hour at Blind Owl to wind down, then dinner at On The Bay to close it out.

Simple, seasonal, and exactly the kind of day that reminds me why I love this town.

Living in New Baltimore has completely ruined my standards for a few things. 😅

Now I expect coffee from Bayside Grinds every time I show homes and dinner by the water to be the standard for a Friday night.

And every time I leave town, I’m reminded very quickly that apparently we’re a little spoiled here.
