Congratulations to our sellers on closing on their sweet rowhome in Capitol Hill. It was a wonderful first home for them but, with three children, time to move on to their next home. With a precise preparation strategy, we were able to secure a beautiful contract off-market and pass this to buyers who will love this home as much as our clients did.

"We worked with Meredith Margolis to find a home in McLean. We were moving from Massachusetts to Virginia to live closer to our son and his family.

Meredith was very responsive. Whenever there was a house we wanted to see, we had an appointment very quickly. She was focused on what we wanted. Each tour gave her a greater perspective on the right house for us.

Meredith was particularly strong in negotiating. She advised us on what contingencies were necessary and appropriate. My grandmother fell in love with this special painting when we went to Spain over 2 decades ago. It has been housed at our place in Miami Beach, and my sister has always loved it the most…so I sent it up to her during my last visit down to Miami. I am excited for her to be able to enjoy it every day- life is too short - experience the joy every day!
