Meredith Margolis is the Executive Vice President of Your P&rtners DC, a top team at Compass Real Estate, serving DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Meredith’s love affair with the Washington DC area inspired her to become a Realtor in 2006. Since then, she is known as one of the best real estate agents in DC. From luxury condos in Capitol Hill to townhouses in Georgetown, from detached homes in Arlington to sprawling estates in Bethesda, Meredith uses her keen sense of judgment and negotiating skills to assist her buyers in writing the winning contract or attracting the best and highest price for her sellers. Before pursuing a career in residential real estate, Meredith was a Business Development Manager for the law firm of Arent Fox LLP. Prior to that, she pursued her combined love for art and retail to become a small business owner and open a paint-your-own pottery studio located off of Dupont Circle. Meredith is a past Board Member for the Washington Project of the Arts and a member of the Board of the Edlavitch DC JCC. Originally from Baltimore and an American University alumna, she resides in Dupont Circle with her husband and her two children.
