This warms my heart. I’ve watched this young lady on her architectural journey when I invited her to tour (age 10 now 15)the construction of with our construction manager Melissa. As a developer my obligation is more than building, it’s exposing young people to opportunities that they didn’t know existed for them. Thank you mom for keeping her excited about her passion. I look forward to hiring Yale to design and build my building in the future.

Finally!! 39th and State Pete’s Fresh Market was approved today by Chicago Plan Commission with a unanimous ”yes” vote. A hardware store, bank, medical building and restaurant are also part of this approximately $70M development on the southwest corner.
