• Easter Egg Hunts & Activities – Don’t miss the South Loop Easter Egg Hunt with thousands of eggs, a petting zoo, face painting, and a visit from the Easter Bunny at Chicago Women’s Park & Gardens on Saturday. There are also multiple free community egg hunts happening throughout the city this weekend — perfect for kids of all ages.

• Easter Bunny Photos at Skydeck Chicago – Snap a fun Easter photo atop Willis Tower while taking in amazing skyline views.

• Spring Brunch & Dining – Celebrate with a special meal at local favorites like Wake ‘n Bacon in Lakeview, Summer House Santa Monica in Lincoln Park, Somerset, Port and Park, Vincent Restaurant, or The Whale. Make reservations early, as spots fill up quickly for Easter Sunday!

Join us for Earth Hour this Saturday, March 28th, at 8:30 PM (your local time)!

Earth Hour is a global event that encourages people to switch off non-essential lights for one hour to show support for our planet and spark conversations about sustainability.

How to participate (right here at home)

At 8:30 PM, we invite all residents to:

Turn off non-essential lights for one hour
Unplug electronics you’re not using (chargers, small appliances, etc.)
Enjoy a screen-free hour: read, play cards/board games, chat with neighbors or family, or relax
Why it matters

When thousands of people take part at the same time, one simple action becomes a powerful statement: small choices add up, and together we can help make the world a better place.

☘️ Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Downtown Chicago! ☘️

Make a whole day of it this Saturday, March 14! Start by watching the Chicago River turn bright green with the iconic river dyeing, then head to Grant Park for the festive St. Patrick’s Day Parade with floats, Irish dancers, and bagpipers.

After the parade, keep the celebration going with pubs and bars downtown offering Irish drinks, live music, and festive specials—perfect for a St. Paddy’s Day bar crawl. 🍀
