So I've been extremely busy the last 18 months so I apologize if I haven't been myself lately, but this project has consumed me. My business partner, David, and I bought an old church convent in Brookfield where the nuns previously lived (vacant 10 years). This was the old St Barbara's rectory. We completely gutted it and added new steel beams, framing, new electrical, new plumbing, etc and completely transformed the building. We needed 7 variances from the village and we navigated that process with a successful outcome. We now have 6 brand new units available in Brookfield ranging from a 2bed/1bath up to a 5 bed/4 bath unit. Please click the link below and send to anyone who may be looking for an apartment.
