Following a difficult 2025 pool season in which circumstances outside of our control delayed the pool opening until August, Bill took it upon himself to ensure that this year’s season would be a complete success. Through extraordinary dedication, technical expertise, and perseverance, Bill worked tirelessly to deliver an on-time opening by May 9th, an accomplishment that cannot be overstated given the scope of work required.
In preparation for the season, Bill personally diagnosed and completed an extensive list of critical repairs entirely in-house, including replacing the pump motor, seal, backing plate, impeller, gaskets, both chlorine feeders, the heater ignitor, flame sensor, and the entire control panel. Completing a project of this magnitude internally not only required exceptional skill and commitment but also saved the property thousands of dollars in outside contractor costs.
Beyond his outstanding work at Halsted Flats, Bill consistently demonstrates an unwavering team-first mentality. He is always willing to assist neighboring communities, frequently lending his HVAC expertise wherever needed, and never hesitates to step in regardless of how busy he may be with his own responsibilities. His professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude make him someone colleagues know they can always depend on.
