Chelsey and her team host wonderful monthly resident events that are well attended and enjoyed by all. Brookdale Lakes received the honorary award from the Naperville Chamber of Commerce for being in the Top 3 Apartment Communities in Naperville to receive the Highest Business Rating and Google Reviews. Chelsey and her team also earned the RMK award for the Highest Google Ratings in 2025.

One of the biggest misconceptions? That multifamily offers a quick and easy path from entry-level to upper management.

Since this is an intense and fast-moving field, it is difficult to outline a specific timeline for entry-level staff to be promoted."
