The celebration continues! We couldn’t let this milestone pass without recognizing one of the people who made it happen.

Donny has poured his attention to detail into every phase of this project since joining us in November of 2024, and his hard work helped keep construction on track from start to finish.

Since he was offsite for our official ribbon cutting last week, we put together a small ceremony just for him. Here’s a couple of photos from the special moment!

CIG Communities is thrilled to celebrate the Grand Opening of Paragon Ranch, our gorgeous, new, 300-unit community located in Sycamore Township.

This Grand Opening marks a true success story from site acquisition to ribbon cutting. What began as an empty plot of land unfolded through years of careful planning, capital fundraising, and both diligent construction and financial management. From there, it took sharp marketing, hands-on property management, and exceptional leasing to make this a moment truly worth celebrating.

It takes a team, and there’s none quite like ours!

We are so thankful for our incredible team at Village of Cross Creek Apartments and Community Manager Amanda Palmer, for their hard work cleaning up after last night's storm. Their dedication and quick response have been instrumental in helping our community begin putting the pieces back together. Most importantly, we are grateful that no one was injured.

To any residents affected by the storm, please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do to help. We are here for you and committed to supporting our community every step of the way. ❤️

Thousands are without power, buildings are heavily damaged, and power poles and trees have been downed in Northern Kentucky after overnight storms brought heavy rain, strong winds, and flash flooding.
