Welcome back to Montana Valley, Maya!

Maya’s Fath Properties journey began 18 years ago, right here at Montana Valley. After more than a decade at Park Lane and time at Lake of the Woods, she’s come full circle—back home as our new Community Manager.

When she’s not leading with excellence, Maya loves family getaways to Gatlinburg with her husband and kids. She’s earned impressive accolades along the way, including Community Manager of the Year 2022, the Commitment to Service Award, and a Prestige Award nomination for Best Community Manager 2024.

Beyond work, Maya pours into others as a member of the Daughters of Sonship (D.O.S.) women’s group and the D.O.S. Leadership Training Group through The Christ Learning Center Ministries.

Her favorite quote sums it up best: “Be of service to all and lead with love!”

Big Congratulations to Kae Harris on her promotion from Leasing Professional to Assistant Community Manager at Montana Valley Apartments—all within her first 90 days! 🌟

Kae joined Fath Properties, new to the industry, but quickly proved herself with her passion for the community and her drive to grow. She’s a Licensed Master Esthetician, Nutritionist, Licensed Esthetics Instructor, and Esthetics Coach, and she brings that same dedication to excellence to our residents every day.

When she’s not at work, Kae is a proud mom of five (plus two kitties—Zeus and Tangerine 🐾), and she loves writing, painting, singing, and all things creative. Fun fact: her favorite food is beets—and she loves to laugh. 🙂
