✨ 7 YEARS PLK PROUD! ✨

Whew… 7 years with PLK Communities! 🧡🏡 And when I think about the journey, all I can say is GROWTH!

Seven years of learning, leading, problem-solving, building teams, loving on residents, surviving those “property management is PROPERTY MANAGING” days 😂, and becoming a stronger version of myself along the way.

I’m proud of the manager I’ve become, the communities I’ve had the opportunity to impact, and the relationships I’ve built throughout these years. From earning my CAM certification 🎓 to continuing my education in Business Management, every chapter has pushed me toward the woman and leader I’m becoming.

Property management is definitely not for the weak, honey! 😂 But there’s something special about creating a place people are proud to call home.

Cheers to 7 years of growth, grit, leadership, lessons, laughter, and leveling up! 🥂✨
