Victoria DeSimone, Broker I am a broker with HomeTowne Realty in Clayton, NC. I can help with buying, selling and investing in Real Estate. I relocated from Montvale, NJ, in 2014.

We chose Clayton because we had three children and wanted a place that offered plenty for families with young kids. We appreciated that both beaches and mountains were nearby for enjoyable day or overnight trips. There is so much to do here; some of my favorites include the Science and History museums in Raleigh and the fantastic NC Zoo in Asheboro, which we visit at least once a year. North Carol

ina truly had a lot to offer our family. I feel blessed to have been able to stay home with my children, especially my son, who is autistic; that meant everything to me. A few years ago, my husband suggested I pursue my real estate license since we have investment properties, which seemed like a natural fit. My background in retail and banking provided me with ample customer service experience, but I felt nervous about re-entering the workforce after more than 20 years at home. However, I was excited to start this new adventure. I joined HTR in November 2022, and being part of this firm has helped me feel more connected to my community. I truly love how involved we are in giving back and supporting our local area and others in North Carolina.
