Originally from Gig Harbor, Washington, Carolyn moved to Tampa/St. Pete in the spring of 2005 and quickly embraced the area’s vibrant coast. Native of Washington state, I have called St Petersburg, Florida my home for the past 17 years. I have been in sales all my life but never selling what I love until now making the commitment to pursue Real Estate as a career! Prior I worked in the Office Supply Industry for 25 years. From the bottom worked up to be a Strategic Account Executive. My focus is in Residential Waterfront, Residential, Condominiums and Investment Properties in the bay area.
