Realtors Land Institute's APEX Award Program recognized Peoples Company Land Agent, Matt Adams, as the APEX 2024 Broker of the Year in the Auction Land Sales category for the second year in a row.

Three Peoples Company Land Agents were recognized as APEX 2024 Regional Brokers of the Year: Adam Crist in Region 3 (MN, ND, SD, WI), Andrew Zellmer in Region 7 (IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE), and George Baird in Region 9 (AL, AR, KY, LA, MS, TN).
