Market update for Brevard County in May 2025:

Median price for single family is $375,000 with a 4.6 months of inventory. We are not seeing much change since a year ago in May, just a bit more inventory.
Condos and townhomes median sale price has slipped once again to $273,500, sales are down and inventory is up to 8.8 months. This market is noticeably shifting, becoming a true buyers market for condos. Did you see new changes to condo regulations? Next post is about that.
