I got to visit The Agency Las Vegas office yesterday. They had such a great office vibe! And it helps when you get a VIP tour of the area from one of their coolest agents - LAS VEGAS RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE thank you 🫶🏼

I can honestly say I learned so much from this Pend Oreille River excursion. HUGE shout out to Ruth Walker at the Willow Bay North Restaurant & Bar restaurant + marina and Captain Ron for the hospitality.

What did I learn?
1) The river is sooo much wider and calmer than . Great if you're into surfing 😉
2) It's a VERY quick and easy boat ride into .
3) The water feels 2 degrees colder than
4) The waterfront houses on the riverside are 🔥
5) Real estate pricing is less expensive than the CDA and Sandpoint markets, but there's still some very expensive luxury homes there.
6) Rumor has it that StanCraft Marine Center StanCraft Construction Group will be building a new marina and housing development nearby.
7) There's some brand new entry level homes for mid $400's that qualify for USDA loans. You could own a home for under $1,000/mo mortgage payments!

My takeaway? If you're looking to invest I would highly consider the Priest River / Pend Oreille market. Get in on the more affordable prices while you can 😉

It's starting to look Resort-ish. This new building will be the extension of the and is currently the view from the office I lease within the downtown. Minus the jack hammer vibrations and construction parking, it's been amazing to watch this take shape. I know locals have mixed reviews on the expansion, but regardless, it's incredible to see what humans are capable of building.

*Just to clarify, I rent an office at the Chamber for real estate. I don't actually work for the Chamber, just within it ;)
