WOOHOO and WOW!! It’s (again) time for those amazing, juicy peaches ordered directly from C & R
Orchard in Palisade, CO on the Western Slope. Instead of ‘enduring’ peaches from the store that ripen
enroute, why not truly enjoy an awesome peach that is tree-ripened, picked, boxed, and immediately
delivered. If you love a great peach, look no further! According to the orchard, they expect an excellent crop
again this year!
This is an annual fundraiser organized by agent, Lars Gronhagen, on behalf of ERA Shields Real Estate, for the
benefit of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Funds raised go to MDA for the purpose of sending
MDA clients (young and teenage) to the annual MDA Muscle Camp held up in Empire, CO. The camp gives the
clients (ages vary from year-year) a chance to relax and have fun for a week while giving their family and
caregivers a much-needed and well-deserved break. You’re probably going to get peaches during the
summer season anyway, so why not support a great organization at the same time! Have you tried these
peaches? They give ‘juicy’ a whole new meaning! Tell your clients, family, friends, and neighbors.
Box prices:
9 lb. box - $32 (approximately 16-18 softball-sized peaches)
18 lb. box - $42 (approximately 30-32 softball-sized peaches)
Payment Method: 1) Cash, 2) Checks made payable to ERA Shields or 3) Venmo (to Lars G Gronhagen).
In the memo line on checks and Venmo, please put: for MDA peaches 2025.
Please complete the order form at the bottom of this notice and return it, with your payment, (OR WRITE
‘VENMO’), to my (Lars Gronhagen) inbox at the South office no later than Wednesday, August 13th. Your
order will be ready for pick up at my home (address to be provided) near the ERA Shields South Office on
Sunday, August 24 th .
