She said I want something low maintenance, newer or brand new, with as fast internet as you can get me, and I said, I’ve got you!
I’ve got my girl .sells.coloradosprings on speed dial so she sent me her inventory, met with us that weekend, we worked out a great deal beyond the incentives advertised, and signed the paperwork the next day.
Having the right agent, with the right relationships, matters. That’s all. And I know that’s a fact because Emily and I were able to do it again just a week later and you’ll see that post soon. And that one was VA so we negotiated even more incentives for my buyer.
