Denver gets a lot of hype, but Colorado Springs has the stuff that actually makes people stay. 💯

It’s grabbing a table at Shuga’s without making it a whole production, being close enough to Garden of the Gods for a post-work sunset, and all the little things you’d miss immediately if you moved away.

You can compare the two cities on paper all day, but living here has its own argument.

Buying or selling a home in Colorado Springs comes with a lot more than contracts, showings, and closing day.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to picture what comes next for the people I’m helping.

I know I post on Instagram, but the kind of influence I care about has very little to do with views.

I want what I share to actually be useful.

Sometimes that means helping someone think differently about a real estate decision. Sometimes it means sharing the local places, routines, and little favorites that make Colorado Springs feel more like home—like weekend mornings at the Colorado Springs Farmers Market, an easy stroll through Garden of the Gods, or a quick coffee stop before hitting the trails.

Because I’m not here just to talk about houses.

I want people to feel more confident about their next move and more connected to the place they live while they’re here.

Not to brag, but I negotiate with tiny humans who have absolutely no concept of compromise on a daily basis. So negotiating a real estate contract? I’ve had some practice. 😉

Turns out, motherhood and real estate have a surprising amount in common. Both require patience, flexibility, the ability to think on your feet, and remaining suspiciously calm when everyone else is losing their minds.

And while being a mom of three certainly didn’t teach me everything I know about real estate, it has given me a few skills that come in pretty handy. Especially knowing when to stand my ground, when to pick my battles, and when someone just needs a snack.

All jokes aside, one of my favorite parts of both jobs is getting to be someone’s biggest cheerleader and fiercest advocate. And I take that part pretty seriously.

So if you’re thinking about buying or selling in Colorado Springs, I’d love to be in your corner! Snacks included. Probably.
