Esta historia se remonta al 2024 🏡

Cindy me contactó por primera vez en el 2024 y después de obtener su preaprobación, fuimos a ver una casa juntos. Con su contrato de renta a punto de terminar y sintiendo que todo iba demasiado rápido, Cindy & Brian decidieron que lo mejor era poner en pausa sus planes de comprar casa.

Nueve meses después… estábamos de vuelta. Y de ahí vimos casa, tras casa, tras casa (honestamente perdí la cuenta 😂) y presentamos varias ofertas hasta que finalmente logramos que aceptaran una en la casa que estábamos seguros era “la indicada.”

Plot twist: no la era. 😩

Le dimos varias extensiones al vendedor, solo para terminar lidiando con una propiedad completamente “renovada” sin los permisos correspondientes. Al final tuvimos que dejarla ir. Pero durante todo ese proceso, Cindy & Brian siempre decían que todo pasa por algo. Y esa mentalidad los acompañó durante todo este camino, porque a veces simplemente tenemos que confiar en los tiempos de Dios. 🙏🏼

Y un par de casas después… entendimos el porqué.

¡Aceptaron su siguiente oferta y esta vez logramos negociar un poco más de $15,000 para gastos de cierre, más de $10,000 en reparaciones pagadas por el vendedor y una garantía para la casa con todos los beneficios, también pagada por el vendedor! 👏🏼

Desde poner su búsqueda en pausa, pasar por incontables visitas y varias ofertas, hasta tener que dejar ir la casa que pensaban que era para ellos… todo terminó llevando a Cindy & Brian exactamente a donde tenían que estar.

¡Muchísimas felicidades a estos nuevos propietarios de tan solo 24 & 26 años por la compra de su primera casa! 🏡 Gracias Cindy & Brian por confiar en mí durante cada vuelta y cada obstáculo de este proceso, y por recordarme una vez más que siempre vale la pena confiar en los tiempos de Dios.

This one goes alllll the way back to 2024 🏡

Cindy first reached out to me in 2024 and after being pre-approved we toured one home together. With their lease coming to an end and everything feeling a little too rushed, Cindy & Brian decided it was best to put their home-buying plans on hold.

Nine months later… we were back at it. And from there we saw house after house after house (I genuinely lost count 😂) and submitted several offers before finally getting one accepted on the home we were sure was “the one.”

Plot twist: it wasn’t. 😩

We gave the seller several extensions only to end up dealing with a fully “renovated” flip with no permits. Ultimately, we had to let that one go. Through all of it though, Cindy & Brian kept saying that everything happens for a reason. That mindset carried them through this entire process because sometimes you really do have to trust God’s timing. 🙏🏼

And a couple of houses later… we understood why.

Their next offer was accepted, and this time we negotiated a little over $15,000 in closing help, more than $10,000 in seller repairs, AND a home warranty with all the bells and whistles paid for by the seller! 👏🏼

From pausing their search, to countless showings and offers, to walking away from the house they thought was meant for them… it all led Cindy & Brian exactly where they needed to be.

Congratulations to these sweet first-time homeowners at just 24 & 26 years old! 🏡 Thank you, Cindy & Brian for trusting me through every twist and turn of this journey, and for reminding me once again that God’s timing is always worth trusting.

Esta fue rapidita ¡solo 21 días desde que estuvimos bajo contrato hasta el cierre! 😮‍💨🙌🏼

Nos encontramos en una situación de múltiples ofertas, pero lograr que aceptaran nuestra oferta fue solo el comienzo. Aun así, logramos negociar:

✨ Reparaciones pagadas por el vendedor
✨ 1 año de garantía para la propiedad con cobertura completa, pagada por el vendedor
✨ Y para cerrar con broche de oro… ¡la propiedad fue evaluada por $10,000 MÁS de lo que mi cliente pagó! 💰

Eso significa que mi comprador comienza esta nueva etapa como propietario con $10,000 de plusvalía instantánea. 🔥

Estar compitiendo contra múltiples ofertas no significa que tengamos que renunciar a todas las protecciones o beneficios para el comprador. Preparamos una oferta sólida, logramos que fuera aceptada, negociamos después de la inspección, superamos la evaluación y llegamos hasta la entrega de llaves en tan solo 21 DÍAS.
