As the 2025 President of the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® and Broker/Co-Owner of North Star Real Estate, he continues to support REALTORS®, advance advocacy efforts and strengthen the profession across central Missouri.

Billy is a graduate of the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, a 2025 Missouri REALTORS® Honor Society recipient and an active advocate for property rights at the local, state and national levels.

Ready to make an impact?

Missouri REALTORS® who are passionate about advocacy, protecting private property rights, and shaping the future of our industry are encouraged to apply for the upcoming RPAC-MO Trustee election.

This year, there are five open RPAC Trustee positions available, each serving a three-year term beginning January 1, 2027. Trustees play a critical role in guiding RPAC investments, strengthening REALTOR® advocacy efforts, and helping ensure our industry has a strong voice in the political process.

Qualifications include:

Must be an RPAC Major Investor and strive to be a President's Circle member.
Must provide evidence that, within the ten years preceding the election, they have served on the Missouri REALTORS® Board of Directors and a political or legislative committee/output group of the association.

If you're ready to take your involvement to the next level and help shape the future of REALTOR® advocacy in Missouri, we encourage you to apply.

Applications are due by September 4, 2026.

The election will be conducted electronically September 14-22, 2026.

Missouri REALTORS®’ Amanda Nemeth and Erin Hervey, RCE, recently joined REALTOR® and government affairs leaders in St. Louis to celebrate the passage of state legislation allowing land banks in Missouri.

The Missouri Task Force Land Bank Celebration was a great opportunity to recognize the advocacy and collaboration that helped make this legislation possible and highlight the continued impact of REALTOR® advocacy across Missouri.
