Congratulations to these beautiful newlyweds as they purchased their first home together! 🥰 It's always fun to help and watch a couple navigate the home buying process for the first time. We shared a lot of laughs and a few "what the hecks" that still make me smile inside. I'm so happy for them and look forward to seeing how they continue to make this home their own!

A special closing day ✨
My husband and I met this couple a few years ago as they began dreaming of their new custom home. Being part of this chapter and watching how they prepped their Kipling home to list and maneuver thru all the moving parts of building has been such a special experience.
They passed along their keys yesterday to some very happy buyers and moments like this remind me how lucky I am to work along side those who become friends. 🍀💛
