Congrats to Shannon and Christina on the sale of their home. It went under contract in just a few days due to being so well taken care of by them over the years. Bernice decided it was time to sell this 3300 sq ft house as she just turned 102 years old! What an amazing woman. Small world as well, my wife and I walked past her home with our dogs almost every day when we lived right down the street from her in Bedford Walk 5 years ago. Wish we would have stopped and got to know her better back then, she is a real hoot.

Congrats to Jan & Terry on the purchase of their new home in Columbia. She wanted to be on a lake so she could kayak every day. He wanted room for a basement workshop, well they both got what they wanted and now the grandkids can visit just about every day.

Very happy for my clients! The first contract fell through due to buyer getting cold feet about owning a horse property. Thankfully we had already accepted a back up offer and within 8 hours of one buyer walking away we had it back under contract again. A big Thank You to Kim Maiden with Iron Gate Realty for encouraging her clients to submit a back up offer. It was all smooth sailing after that.
