I LOVE the 29205 area of Columbia! are some of my favorite places in town! The 29205 real estate market area continues to favor sellers, with a median sold price of $385,000, up 9.2% from June. Homes sold for an average of 98.6% of asking price and spent a median of just 7 days on the market! Great stats for any area!
