We are tremendously grateful for the team at Main Street Summit. Genuine relationships. Intermingling of disciplines and ideas. Experiential learning. We took a Field Trip opportunity to meet with the team at Marsh Collective. June is , we continue to take time to celebrate the big and small victories.

Wholistic transformation.

We believe people need more than just physical needs met. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual needs are what make up who we are.

This is why we renovate homes for first-time homebuyers with built-in equity from day one for the glory of God. It's not simply new homeowners we are hoping to see established, but community transformation one life at a time.

Years ago, we responded to one of our Subcontractors encouragement: let's give the first hour of our week and set it aside to the Lord Jesus.

Each Monday from 8-9am, we gather for . This 1-hour time of food / coffee, fellowship, Bible Study, and prayer is an optional support system we provide to all our employees and Subcontractors. As a supplement to the local church partners we work with, this is how we start each work week believing that this investment is what empowers us to give to others. Filled to overflow.

Consistent depth of quality & delivery of first-time homebuyer opportunities.

5 homes sold in 2026. 1 on the market. 4 under construction. 10-12 homes is our annual goal. We celebrate the completed homes and first-time homebuyers we've served this year!

We serve families at 80% Area Median Income (AMI) or below. The reason: bringing access & equity. Households who've traditionally been out of reach for a quality, renovated home with support to get there.

Alongside many great non-profit organizations in the homeownership space, our aim is to consistently provide high quality opportunities.
