June is , we take the last 7 days to celebrate 7 victories we are rejoicing over.

In the last 3 months, our cohort-style class The Collective has popped off!

The design: walk with 12 households over 10 months to prepare them to buy their first home or be in position to do so in the next 1 year.

We celebrate learning from...

.. Ms. Kimberly Dollens of Motto Mortgage on developing the skills & knowledge to Overcome Barriers in Lending;
.. our very own Ms. Garlandra King on Understanding Credit + Debt hosted at our recently completed 1011 Range Line home.

That would be the best word to describe our take on the 2026 CAABA ”Business for Better” Conference today. It was a joy and an honor to participate, serve, and to sponsor. The level of quality and heart from the leadership of Reuutasha Belcher-Harris was next to none.

An extremely gifted lineup with valuable community building. These are catalytic moments in our community!
