5 Habits I Haven’t Skipped With My Listings
The details matter.

1. I prepare before I promote.
I don’t believe in simply putting a home on the MLS and hoping it gets noticed.
I look at the property, the competition, pricing, presentation and the marketing strategy before we launch.

2. I pay attention to the details.
From photography and property presentation to the listing description and marketing materials, I look at the details that help a property stand out.
The goal is to present the home accurately and thoughtfully.

3. I keep the marketing moving.
A listing doesn’t get one post and then disappear.
I continue working to create visibility and maintain exposure for the property throughout the listing period.

4. I communicate.
I keep my sellers informed about showing activity, feedback when available, market conditions and anything that may affect the listing strategy.
You should never have to wonder what is happening with your listing.

5. I watch the market, not just the listing.
Pricing and positioning aren’t set-it-and-forget-it decisions.
I pay attention to competing properties, pricing changes, market activity and the response to your listing so we can make informed decisions.

Selling a home is more than putting a sign in the yard.

It’s preparation.
Positioning.
Visibility.
Communication.
Attention to detail.

Those are the habits I bring to every listing.
