Figured St. Denis was a great place to start. Always nice supporting local while giving the office a fresh updated look! Also… everyone needs this candle. It smells amazing!

I had the chance to check out The Foundry Gastropub in downtown Franklin, IN this week with my daughter. Great atmosphere, thoughtful design, and the kind of concept that adds real energy to a downtown district. We sat on the patio, which stays shaded and will be especially nice during the summer months. Since opening in November 2025, it’s exciting to see the momentum it’s bringing to the area.

As someone in commercial real estate, it’s always interesting to see how strong hospitality concepts can help drive activity, support surrounding businesses, and contribute to the continued revitalization of a market.

A well-executed restaurant is more than just a place to eat — it can become part of the identity of an area.

If you’re looking for a fun little field trip, date night spot, or place to grab dinner with friends, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. Great food, a warm, moody vibe, and welcoming staff. It’s always nice to support businesses that are investing in the community.
