I am honored to be a State Political Coordinator with Ohio REALTORS. Today I got to meet with my Representative's team to discuss our Policy Positions; tax reform, deed fraud, municipal taxes, and home inspection licensing. Some of my favorite parts of being involved in my REALTOR organizations is visiting the Ohio State House and the Riffe Center. Partnering with our state's legislative branch is such an exciting privilege.

Relocating from another state presents a unique set of challenges. Understanding the differences in the home buying process, familiarizing oneself with a new community and new resources, building up the courage to say goodbye to predictable routines, etc. I'm grateful I was able to assist my buyer on closing on their new home, in a new place. I'm praying that their new life is as rewarding as the old and that they find their place in this strange land we call Columbus, OH.

A full gestational period has come to an end! Nine months of ushering these buyers through the selling of one home and the purchase of another. The birth of a new stage in their lives has arrived and I pray they enjoy every single moment of it.
