Doing the hard things first.
Even when it’s 26°… feeling like 13°.

Most people wait for the “right moment.”
I’ve learned the right moment is the one where you don’t feel like it — but you do it anyway.

Cold morning. Hoodie up. Heart rate pinned in the cardio zone for almost the entire run.
Not because it’s easy… but because this is the standard.

Being intentional and consistent every day means saying what you’re going to do — and actually doing what you said. Before you can lead anyone else, you’ve got to be accountable to yourself.

I’m not perfect, but I’m committed.
And on my birthday, that’s the gift I’m giving myself:
Keep showing up. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just work.
