Apparently every great maintenance team comes with a backup squad. 😎🔧

Meet our extended maintenance family from River Stone Apartments— Wessley, Josh, Bryson & Bobby! 💙 These guys may work across the street, but when Spruce Ridge needs extra hands, emergency maintenance help, or someone to swoop in and save the day, they’re always ready to answer the call.

Basically… if our maintenance team sends up the bat signal, these are the guys who show up. 😂🦸‍♂️

We’re incredibly lucky to have two communities and one seriously awesome team. Thank you, River Stone crew, for always having our backs and helping us keep Spruce Ridge running strong! 💪🛠️

🛠️🎉 THE STAIRCASE LANDING REPAIRS ARE OFFICIALLY COMPLETE! 🎉🛠️

And we have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Ron Beaver of Beaver Contracting LLC and his incredible team! 👏👏👏

They didn’t just show up, slap a little something together, and call it a day. 😆 They took their time, paid attention to the details, and did an incredible and thorough job making sure everything was done right. 💪🔨

So, Spruce Ridge residents… you may now resume your regularly scheduled activities of:

🚶‍♀️ Walking down the stairs
🚶‍♂️ Walking up the stairs
📦 Carrying entirely too many Amazon packages up the stairs
🏃‍♀️ Realizing you forgot your keys and turning around
😂 And pretending you totally weren’t nervous about the repairs being finished

But seriously — thank you, Ron and the Beaver Contracting team! We truly appreciate the hard work, craftsmanship, and care you put into this project. ❤️

And to our residents: THANK YOU for your patience while we got this taken care of! We know repairs can be inconvenient, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding along the way.

🎉 The landings are repaired. The project is DONE. And those stairs are officially back in business! 🥳

☀️🔥 IT’S HOT. LIKE… REALLY, REALLY HOT. 🔥☀️

With heat indexes reaching a 🥵 108° TODAY, most of us are thinking about one thing:

👉 “How quickly can I get back inside the air conditioning?” 😂

Meanwhile, our maintenance superheroes are out here like… “Welp, somebody’s AC isn’t going to fix itself!” 🦸‍♂️🔧

These guys are still out there working hard, fixing things, keeping our community looking great, and making sure Spruce Ridge keeps running smoothly — even when the weather feels like we accidentally moved to the surface of the sun. ☀️😂

Give them a wave. Give them a smile. Give them a big THANK YOU! 🙌

On Friday, September 18th from 4:00–5:00 PM, Kayla & Casey will be cruising around Spruce Ridge in our very own Spruce Ridge Sweet Treats Mobile handing out FREE ICE CREAM! 🎉🍨

🌮🍕 Today’s the day! Downtown Food Truck Festival is happening TODAY from 11 AM–7 PM! 🎉

If you’re looking for something fun to do today, head downtown to the former Sears parking lot at 323 Brown Street, just south of Hotel Indigo.

There will be 16 food vendors, with some staying into the evening, plus live music starting at 5 PM. 🎶🍔🌯🍩

Bring your chairs, bring your appetite, and enjoy the beautiful weather! ☀️

We are expecting a beautiful day and a great crowd for the Downtown Columbus Food Truck Festival.

We are located in the Former Sears parking lot just south of Hotel Indigo. Just Google 323 Brown Street. That will take you right to the Sears building.

The vendors start serving at 11am
Depending on how busy lunch is. Some may close sometime between 2pm-4pm to prep for the evening.

This month we have 16 amazing vendors. Three of the vendors will not be there for lunch.
