Officially under contract which feels bittersweet & utterly surreal. This property & neighborhood has meant so much to me. It helped me grow, heal, find my voice, & live my life authentically. So many nights spent stargazing & chasing meteors in the back yard. Neighbors who became family. Walking out the door to hike within 10 mins. Sledding. Creeking. Gardening. Returning the yard back to nature & becoming home to many pollinators, fireflies (oh the fireflies), birds, & so many other animals. This is heavy and exciting and so many things all in one. Yet, it’s what is right. Time to close this chapter and begin the next.✨💜

✨𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒅✨ congratulations to my clients - I’m beyond thrilled for you!

This process was bittersweet. There are many life phases - one of the most difficult being navigating end of life & parental health issues. Then add on the stress of selling their home. Sorting through their personal belongings, figuring out what the next best steps are, all while grieving. We had planned to list the property mid-August, but we didn’t have to. As they were purging, I found a cash buyer who closed on the property in 2 weeks, meaning they could move on much sooner than originally expected.

I am so happy that we were able to close this chapter expeditiously & with a lot of ease. Now is the time to grieve & heal. Thank you for trusting me to navigate through this heavy time with you.💜
