When preparing your sellers for closing, don’t just tell them they’ll be paying for the owner’s title insurance policy—explain why.

A simple way to put it:

“The owner’s title insurance policy is a customary seller-paid closing cost in our market that protects the buyer’s ownership rights after closing. Providing this policy helps ensure your buyer receives clear, insurable title and can move forward with confidence.”

Taking a moment to explain this upfront helps prevent surprises on the closing disclosure and gives your sellers a better understanding of where their closing costs are going.
