🎒 63 backpacks ready for local students!

We're proud to have joined NBC4's Stuff the Backpack drive again this year. Our team came together to fill 63 backpacks with essential supplies for students across Central Ohio, nearly double what we contributed last year.

Thank you to everyone who donated supplies and funds! We're grateful for the chance to give back to the communities where we live, build, and work, and to help local students start the school year with the supplies they need.

We are excited to share that Harrison Landing Apartments is officially complete!

As our first completed multifamily community in the Toledo region, Harrison Landing is a meaningful milestone for Metropolitan Holdings and an exciting step in our continued investment in Northwest Ohio. This 320-unit community brings thoughtfully designed apartment homes and townhomes to the City of Perrysburg, with amenities created to support comfort, connection, and everyday convenience for residents.

Thank you to the local officials, business leaders, project partners, media members, and representatives of the Perrysburg Area Chamber of Commerce who joined us for the celebration. We are especially thankful for Village Green Management's partnership in managing Harrison Landing and supporting the resident experience with care and professionalism.

A community like Harrison Landing does not come together overnight. It reflects years of planning, problem-solving, and teamwork from many people across development, construction, operations, accounting, and investor relations. We are grateful to every team member and partner who has invested their time, talent, and care into bringing Harrison Landing to life.

We are proud to celebrate this milestone in Perrysburg and excited to continue growing in Northwest Ohio.

Today we welcomed our first residents to Reverb Apartments in City of Huber Heights, Ohio, marking an exciting milestone for our music-inspired community located across from The Rose Music Center At The Heights.

While residents are settling into their new homes, our team is putting the finishing touches on the clubhouse and amenity spaces. We're excited to share an early look at what's taking shape.

Reaching this milestone reflects the tremendous efforts of our development, construction, accounting, investor relations, and property management teams, along with the many partners who helped bring Reverb to life.

We're excited to see the spaces we've created begin serving the people they were built for.

For 70 years, this site was home to a family-owned salvage yard that served the Miami Township • Clermont County OH community. Today, it stands ready for its next chapter as Conrad, our new luxury apartment community.

Spanning 54 buildings and 320 apartment homes, this community represents countless hours of collaboration, dedication, and tremendous effort from our entire team and partners.

We’re incredibly proud of what has been accomplished and honored to deliver a community of this scale and quality to the outstanding City of Perrysburg.

Yesterday marked an exciting milestone as we officially broke ground on Conrad Apartments in Miami Township • Clermont County OH! 🎉

We’re incredibly grateful to Miami Township and the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce for their support and for taking time out of their day to celebrate alongside us.

Conrad Apartments represents the transformation of the former Trester Auto Parts site into a new luxury residential community that will bring 315 apartment homes to the Business 28 corridor. We’re proud to be part of the continued investment and momentum happening throughout the area and excited to help shape what’s next for this growing community.

We're thrilled to announce that Paris Baguette has signed a lease for ground-floor retail space at Arcadia, our luxury mixed-use development coming to City of Shaker Heights.

Paris Baguette will bring its signature artisan breads, handcrafted pastries, custom cakes, and café beverages to the Van Aken District, becoming a daily destination for Arcadia residents and the broader Shaker Heights community when the location opens in late 2027.

This signing is a meaningful milestone for Arcadia and a reflection of the incredible neighborhood we're building within. We couldn't be more excited to welcome Paris Baguette to the community.

The City of Huber Heights, Ohio continues to attract major investment: Ohio’s first Buc-ee’s has officially opened in the city, just five minutes from our communities, Parkview Apartments at Huber Heights and Reverb Apartments.

With strong support from state and local leadership and record-setting community turnout, the opening reflects more than just excitement around a new brand. It highlights the continued investment, connectivity, and demand shaping the Huber Heights market.

These are the same fundamentals that led us to develop in Huber Heights and we're encouraged by what this continued growth means for Parkview, Reverb, and the community over the long term!
