From first shovel to final finishes, Harrison Landing Apartments is nearing the finish line as our final weeks of construction are upon us.

Spanning 54 buildings and 320 apartment homes, this community represents countless hours of collaboration, dedication, and tremendous effort from our entire team and partners.

We’re incredibly proud of what has been accomplished and honored to deliver a community of this scale and quality to the outstanding City of Perrysburg.

Yesterday marked an exciting milestone as we officially broke ground on Conrad Apartments in Miami Township • Clermont County OH! 🎉

We’re incredibly grateful to Miami Township and the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce for their support and for taking time out of their day to celebrate alongside us.

Conrad Apartments represents the transformation of the former Trester Auto Parts site into a new luxury residential community that will bring 315 apartment homes to the Business 28 corridor. We’re proud to be part of the continued investment and momentum happening throughout the area and excited to help shape what’s next for this growing community.

A sincere thank you as well to everyone who attended, spoke, and helped make the event such a success. We can’t wait to share more as construction moves forward! 🚧✨

We're thrilled to announce that Paris Baguette has signed a lease for ground-floor retail space at Arcadia, our luxury mixed-use development coming to City of Shaker Heights.

Paris Baguette will bring its signature artisan breads, handcrafted pastries, custom cakes, and café beverages to the Van Aken District, becoming a daily destination for Arcadia residents and the broader Shaker Heights community when the location opens in late 2027.

This signing is a meaningful milestone for Arcadia and a reflection of the incredible neighborhood we're building within. We couldn't be more excited to welcome Paris Baguette to the community.

The City of Huber Heights, Ohio continues to attract major investment: Ohio’s first Buc-ee’s has officially opened in the city, just five minutes from our communities, Parkview Apartments at Huber Heights and Reverb Apartments.

With strong support from state and local leadership and record-setting community turnout, the opening reflects more than just excitement around a new brand. It highlights the continued investment, connectivity, and demand shaping the Huber Heights market.

These are the same fundamentals that led us to develop in Huber Heights and we're encouraged by what this continued growth means for Parkview, Reverb, and the community over the long term!

Construction is officially underway at Citana in The City of Maumee, Ohio! 🏗️

We’re excited to share a first look at our upcoming four-story luxury community, ideally located in Maumee’s Arrowhead Park, home to 250 companies and 14,000 employees.

Citana will introduce 249 apartment homes to the area, complemented by a curated collection of amenity spaces including a movie theater, golf simulator, resident lounge, business center, fitness studio, and a resort-style pool with sundeck.

We look forward to bringing this vision to life.

We are excited to recognize and congratulate Will Redden on his recent promotion to Project Manager! As part of this promotion, Will is stepping into the lead Project Manager role on our Conrad project in Milford, Ohio. This advancement reflects the leadership, ownership, and consistency he has demonstrated across our portfolio.

Will is a strong advocate for the MHL culture and core values. His tremendous effort and team-first mentality have helped strengthen the MHL brand and driven success outcomes on our Skytop and Reverb projects. In the field, Will has established himself as a respected leader, consistently adding value through his focus on safety, quality control, and attention to detail.

Will has never shied away from a challenge and has always been willing to step up and do what was best for the company and the project regardless of whether it was his responsibility. His growth reflects what is possible when talent, accountability, and our core values align. We look forward to seeing Will continue to grow in this new role and make a meaningful impact on our Conrad project and across our organization.

Please join us in congratulating Corey Laird on his well-earned promotion to Senior Project Manager! 👏 As part of this advancement, Corey has joined the Construction Leadership Team and will help shape the direction, standards, and ex*****on of our growing portfolio.

Corey’s collaborative, proactive leadership style has been instrumental in driving success at Harrison Landing. He leads with ownership, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset. His attention to detail and relationship-building have strengthened key trade partnerships in the Toledo submarket and contributed to the strong start and successful buyout of Citana, our new project in Maumee.

Beyond his project work, Corey has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing others by launching the MHL Young Leaders group, creating meaningful mentorship and growth opportunities for our APMs and newer PMs. He continues to invest in his growth through The Builders Exchange Rising Leader program, bringing those insights back to the team through mentorship and leadership development.

As our project volume and geographic reach continue to expand, leaders like Corey position us to maintain the ex*****on standards and reputation that define MHL. Congratulations, Corey, and thank you for your hard work, leadership, and investment in our team’s future!
