On Friday, I closed on two very special properties! My clients bought a gorgeous home in Goffstown while simultaneously selling their home in Manchester. 🏡🔑
This process was far from simple. Between crafting a winning offer with a home sale contingency, navigating major inspection issues on their purchase, and getting their Manchester home market-ready in under a week, there were a lot of moving pieces.
Through it all, my clients trusted the process. We negotiated $30k off the purchase price of their new home PLUS essential repairs for a safe move-in. On the selling side, their Manchester home received multiple offers over asking price on the very first weekend, giving them total control to choose the best offer for their timeline and budget.
While it was an emotional move, it was the perfect decision at the right time. I’m beyond happy for this amazing family and so grateful to have been a part of their journey! ❤️✨

JUST CLOSED 🏡✨

Some sales are about so much more than real estate.
Twenty years ago, my seller purchased this condo as a single woman — a place of her own, and one she was incredibly proud of. Not long after, she met her husband, and eventually they moved into a larger home to start their family. They kept this condo as an investment, creating supplemental income and holding onto a little piece of their story.

When they decided it was finally time to sell, they called me to help them through the process since I had just recently sold a unit in the same association. There were definitely a few hurdles along the way (contractors, delayed countertops… all the fun parts of real estate 😉), but we made it through and found the perfect buyer.

And that’s where this one really came full circle.
The new owner is also a single woman — a nurse, starting out on her own and excited for everything ahead. My seller couldn’t be happier to pass this home along to someone who is beginning her own journey, just as she did 20 years ago.
A beautiful reminder that sometimes, a home is more than a property. It’s a place where one chapter ends and another begins. 🤍
So happy for both my seller and the new owner. Congratulations! 🥂🔑
